Creamy white, with a balanced texture, where you can perceive the resin from the pine-tree in their aroma and palate. They are rich in fatty acids, protein and fibre, with a high nutritional and organoleptic value.
A resinous flavour that transports us to the pine-forests of the Castilian steppe, thanks to those three-year maturation on the tree with resin flowing through them. Thanks to the fact that the pine-cones open in the Castilian sunshine, they retain all their properties without losing their resinous flavour or their appealing golden colour.
