Shells and husks
We have two types of biomass for use in boilers:
Pine-cone husk
Husks collected from the pine-cones in summer, once the whole (unshelled) pine-nut has been extracted.
Heating value: 3.5 kcal/kg.

Pine-nut shells
The shells from the pine nuts that we shell.
Heating value: 4 kcal/kg.

Fire starters
Open resin-pine-cones collected from the ground.
Ideal for lighting chimneys and barbecues. Also fantastic as decorative elements.
